Personalised workout plans

Whether you’re a beginner, intermediate, or an expert, I will create a bespoke workout plan tailored towards your goals. I want you to get the best possible results, so I will implement frequent plan updates to ensure you reach your goals. Every exercise also comes with a video demonstration to make sure your form is correct. Workout plan updates will be updated as you progress throughout the programme.

Nutritional support

Unlike most coaches, I will not put you on a restrictive diet. instead Say goodbye to low calorie diets and say hello to eating the foods you love whilst getting the body of your dreams. I will work out exactly how much you need to eat and give you loads on yummy recipe ideas!.

Accountability

You can contact me through the app. Whenever you need me, I am there. I might be your coach but I’m also your friend. I will be there to be your biggest cheerleader, to guide you and to encourage you whilst keeping you accountable. We will have a check in once a week to log your progress, weight, and photos to keep you accountable. However, with my coaching we don’t just focus on tracking numbers. In our weekly check in, it is a chance for you to give me as much information as possible from your mindset, body image, confidence and more so I can see how you’re progressing mentally and physically.
