No gym needed, we’ll work with whatever you’ve got, even if that’s just a yoga mat at home.
Will I have to cut out my favourite foods?
Nope, your favourite foods stay, we just learn how to enjoy and balance them without the guilt.
What if I’ve tried everything and nothing has worked?
I hear that all the time, and that just means it’s time for a different, more personalised approach that actually fits you.
How much access do I get to Liz?
You’ll have direct access to me, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
How are the check-ins done?
