MEET LIZ

For the majority of my life, I have struggled with my relationship with food and body image. I have tried every quick fix diet but I still didn’t get the results I wanted. 

After surviving a battle with an eating disorder, I decided I wanted to help others transform physically and mentally in a sustainable way. I don’t want you to make the same mistakes I did. 

No more quick fixes or FAD diets, I want to show you how you can eat the foods you love whilst getting the body and mindset of your dreams. That’s what we do at Bite back with Liz – healthy habits, not restrictions.

MEET ZOE

Online coaching changed my life. I don’t say that lightly.

I’ve always enjoyed fitness but never saw myself working in the industry. Then the pandemic happened and I came out of that first lockdown in possibly the worst shape of my life, physically & mentally.

I ended up applying for the armed forces in June 2020 as I was dying for routine and a purpose. However wasn’t fit enough to pass the fitness tests so I started with an online coach and lost 3 stone in a year.

I changed my entire lifestyle thanks to online coaching and fell in love with the process along the way. I turned down the armed forces in order to work as a fitness professional so I could help others do what I did: create an active lifestyle they love and find confidence within themselves again.

MEET Emily

Putting in hard work and seeing results is one of the most rewarding and satisfying things you can experience. 

Becoming an online coach means I now get to guide you through that same process – keeping you accountable, showing you how to enjoy your favourite foods, still go to social events, and look forward to your sessions, all while building your dream body! I became a coach because I struggled so much at the start of my own fitness journey.

I was extremely restrictive, I didn’t have the knowledge or guidance I needed, and I wasted time feeling lost and frustrated.

Over the years, I’ve learned how to effectively build muscle, tone up, and lose body fat in a way that fits into everyday life. That’s exactly why I know I can help you. 

You are capable of more than you think and sometimes all it takes is the right person in your corner to push you, guide you, and keep you on track.

MEET Tia

My aim is to help as many women as possible to feel stronger and fitter both mentally and physically, with my overall goal being to make you the most confident version of yourselves, without having to place restrictions on your life.

 I’ve got first hand experience of how fitness and strength training can completely change the way you feel about yourself, change your body shape, improve mental wellbeing, and create confidence that you didn’t know you had.

 I love strength training, which is my absolute passion, and have learnt so much about how this can make all of these positive changes happen, and combined with the other training techniques that I include in my sessions, is an absolute recipe for success.
 Whether it be weight loss, muscle gain, maintenance, or increased fitness, or just some YOU time, I can help you.

I love to share my knowledge and motivation with as many ladies as possible so you too can feel and see the changes that I have experienced

MEET Jenny

I began my strength training journey after years of overtraining, undereating, and struggling with my mental health. I realised to find strength I needed to begin fuelling my body, nourishing my mind, and building resilience inside and out.

Through strength training, I not only became physically and mentally stronger, but I also rebuilt my relationship with food.

I learned to see food as fuel, not something to fear or feel guilty about.

Now, I’m passionate about helping other women break free from cycles of overtraining and undereating, to train smarter, eat with freedom, and step into the strongest, most empowered version of themselves.
